Say hello, or complain
Both are useful and one of them is more useful. If something arrived broken, arrived late, or didn't arrive, tell us plainly and we'll sort it without making you prove anything.
Right, that's gone
Thanks. We'll come back to you within two working days.
Except it hasn't gone anywhere, because this is a demo store and the form has no destination. In a real shop this is where you'd get a confirmation email with a reference number on it.
Before you write
Three shortcuts
Roughly two thirds of the messages we get are already answered somewhere, usually in more detail than we'd manage in a reply.
- The FAQ — searchable, sorted into five groups.
- The apply guide — technique, troubleshooting, removal.
- Shipping and returns — costs, timings, the returns process.
Response times
When you'll hear back
- Most messages: same working day, if you write before mid-afternoon.
- Everything: within two working days.
- Weekends and bank holidays: nobody's in. Monday morning.
- Something's broken or missing: say so in the first line and it jumps the queue.
That's a promise about how we intend to work, not a measured average — we haven't launched, so there's nothing to measure yet.

Where we'd be
Sunday Polish (demo)Unit 0, Example Works
Placeholder Road
Manchester M0 0AA
United Kingdom
That address is deliberately not a real place, and neither is any phone number or company number you might expect to find here. Sunday Polish is a demonstration store and does not trade. Please don't post anything to it — including returns. If a return were ever needed, we'd send you the address to use at the time.
Press and wholesale
Also us
Same form, same inbox. Put "press" or "stockist" in the first line and it gets routed to the right person, which is currently the same person.
